How did we get here?

Our modern culture is rife with sexual malaise and wounding.

In fact, luminary John Lamb Lash calls the sexual wound our most ancient wound.

In this module, we'll track the grand cultural narratives and collective experiences of our human species where much of our present challenges to do with our sexuality and lovingness are rooted.

This will be a potent dive into mythology, ancient wisdom, creating a larger context to empower our understanding and take some of the burden off of our personal lives to see how we are often acting out ancient trauams.

We'll also begin to dip our toes into the sacred sexuality realm by looking at how ancient cultures that we are often not educated about prized pleasure as something sacred and often lived in peaceful harmony with each other and nature, honouring the harmony between men and women.

In this module, we'll begin to set the foundation for what sacred sexuality is all about. We'll explore the profound tradition of Karezza which blossomed in the 1800s and focused on spiritualizing the sexual experience. We'll learn about slowing things down, using our breath as amplifier and bridge to devotional embodiment. And we'll learn the exciting terrain of polarity and how our bodies are electro-magnetic vessels that can be primed for highest pleasure. Practices such as semen retention and breast massage will be explored as we begin to build our sacred sex toolkit and learn the arts of truly making love ♥

The wonders of sacred sexuality are life-changing. And we have SO much ancient wisdom to pull upon. In this module, we'll further our sacred sexual skillfulness, learning the art of energy circulation, lingam & yoni massage to honour our genitals as instruments of love, deeply clearing sexual shame from our energetic anatomy. We'll also learn about bringing the sacred to our self-pleasuring as a ritual of self-love. We'll also delve into ancient Taoist perspectives on the 'angelic embrace' of sexual coupling and the Gnostic view of The Nymphion--a twinning of auric fields of lovers that fosters a subtle energetic temple for love-making to reach ecstatic heights.

The saviour is LOVE. Truly, as we culminate in our work together and begin to constellate it all together, we will look at the path of conscious partnership and how our relationships can be an integral part of our spiritual lives, not apart. We will look at how to use sacred sexuality as a means to consistently cultivate the healing powers of love in our relationships to build long-lasting bonds. We will also learn of the Hieros Gamos ritual, the Sacred Marriage, and also explore the concept of the Tantric Date Night to support high performance couples that struggle to find the time to unite with quality. And we'll zoom out and see how sacred sexuality and conscious love has world-changing potentials which we can all play significant parts in. And we'll celebrate with a special closing ceremony to honour our journey and illuminate beautiful steps forward from this blessed container.

WHO IS SACRED SEXUAL BLISS FOR?

This course is really for anyone who wishes to deepen their understanding of their sexuality and, particularly, how to engage it in a way that is sacred, meaningful, healing and can positively impact our romantic relationships.

It is for singles and couples.

It is primarily heteronormative in context, meaning for those who are desiring male-female relations. This course can also act as a healing salve to those in relationships that are experiencing challenges.
